4Gen Care is a nursing and social support service led by me, Samantha McAndrew, a Registered Nurse providing personalised care across the Northern Rivers.
I support clients to maintain independence and live well, tailoring services to suit individual needs. Whether you have a My Aged Care Support at Home Package or are an NDIS participant, we can work together to create a plan that feels right for you.
Care begins with a comprehensive assessment to identify clinical priorities and immediate support needs. This is followed by targeted, evidence-based interventions, ensuring care is delivered efficiently, appropriately, and to a consistently high standard.

You can be assured that I have relevant qualifications and completed training. I do Continuing Professional Development regularly.
Screening checks are completed and include: Working with Children Check, Police Check, & NDIS Worker Screening Check.
